You can buy studs in your favorite craft store or at art or
fabric stores. If you’re in the Philippines like me, you can go to places like “Greenhills”
or “Divisoria” for inexpensive yet trendy studs. When you have chosen the item you want to attach
them to, you need to line them up where you want them placed.
Studs have two rivets either side on the
back which make attaching so easy. You simply push the stud firmly into the
material and it should pierce through. For thicker fabrics you may need to make
a small hole first with a pin before pushing. The rivets need to be closed using pliers.
This is how the stud is secured. Once they're on, you
can move on to the next one, and in no time you'll have turned your wardrobe
from so last season to so on-trend.

ReplyDeleteI suggest first go to megamall and try going to the shops where they sell buttons and cloths. they have studs there just not sure if they are the kind you are looking for. i am going to be buying studs soon either in china town, divisoria or megamall. i'll comment again here to tell you the specific place where i bought them :) thanks for visiting my blog! cheers! xoxo
ReplyDeleteSo I finally found the perfect place to buy STUDS! Go to Divisoria and there is this street called "Tabora" street. Find it, go inside the street, its a bit narrow and they sell lots of house hold tools in the same street..There is this store called "Good Morning," and beside it or infront of it is the store that sells the studs. Just look for that store you will find it. Good Luck!
